He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Ida Belle Harr Moore; his wife Doris Jean Moore; and his brothers, Lawrence Moore and Jack Moore.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce "Joy" Wiles (Mike) of Blountville, TN and Ralph Moore (Shirley) of Kingsport, TN; his sister-in-law Helen Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Thomas Ostermeyer, Mitch Moore (Donna), Karen Rhymer (Butch), Susan Wiles, Doug Cross (Debbie), Kathy Moore and Michelle Phillips.
