With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colleen Frazier Foulk (Bristol, Tennessee), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nola Frazier and James N. Frazier; her sister Nora Thomas; her daughters, Gloria Oster (Ken), Leigh Scheuer Hull (Pat) and Janet Shannon (Bill); her grandchildren, Will Scheuer (Jessica) and Stephanie Gillenwater (J. J.); her great grandchildren, Quinn, Skylar, Emilia Scheuer and Whitten Gillenwater; her niece Connie Brewis; her husband Carl; her brother Lewis; and her cousins, Catherine Roberts and John Thomas. She was also cherished by the sisters and the children.
