She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas; her parents, Cummings Bailey and Margie Kiser Bailey; her daughter Jackie Slagle; and her granddaughter Mary Beth.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Gail Toney; her son-in-law Ted Slagle; and her siblings, Larry Bailey, Judy "Midge" Salyers, Jo Ellen Dotson and Ruby McDowell.
