She was predeceased by: her mother Cecile Beasley Wells; her daughter Angela Elizabeth Frederick; and her stepfather Thomas Jack White. She is survived by: her father Tom Wells (Barbara); her sons, Lee Frederick (Elysha) and Chris Frederick (Samantha); her grandsons, Harrison and Henry Frederick; and her brother Brent Wells (Jeanne).
