He is survived by: his wife Jean Mills; his children, Susan Thompson (Jim) of Bluff City, TN and Doug Mills (Susan) of Whiteville, NC; his stepdaughter Peggy Baldwin (Homer) of Bristol, TN; his siblings, Louise Blair of Louisville, TN and Carl Mills (Jama) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Crissy Powers (Stephen), Kim Carrier (Robert), Katie, Mary Beth, Billie, Christina Walden (John) and Eric Cuddy (Lindsey); and also Herbie Boy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
