He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Highley and Emma Gertrude Humphries Saul; his wife Anna Katherine "Kat" Abel Saul; his siblings, Francis Saul, Dorothy Saul, Samuel Saul (Mary), James "Jim" Saul (Beulah), Thomas Saul and Doris Stevens McCracken; and his grandson-in-law Raymond "Bo" Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Katherine (Damon) of Abingdon, VA. and Linda Price of Bristol, TN; his grandchildren, Shannon Miller, Anna Boyd Bralley (Darren), Clark Boyd (Jada), Lee Boyd and Kati Patterson (Derrick); his great grandchildren, Abigail Grace Miller, Wilson Patrick Boyd, Spencer Daniel Miller, Blair Ellen Boyd and Hadleigh Kate Patterson; and his uncle Pat. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, and many generations of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
