He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lee Rotenberry. He is survived by: his children, Charley A. Rotenberry, Jerry Rotenberry and Theresa Howard; his grandchildren, Andrew Rotenberry and Amanda Kate Brock; his great grandchildren, Tristan West and Ashton West; and also Missy Alford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
