She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Phillips; her parents, William P. Mitchell and Marjorie H. Mitchell; and her siblings, William P. Mitchell, Jr. and Patsy Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Greg, Kathleen, Allen, Mary, Vickie and Cathy Phillips; and her nieces and nephews, Bo Bar and Connie O'Leary. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren as well as many friends.
