He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl N. Phillips and Printie Phillips; and his sister Jo Ann Bayne Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Phillips; his daughter Lisa Wright (Haven Wright); and his grandsons, Chase Wright and Cole Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mausoleum Chapel in Glenwood Cemetery (839 Bluff City Hwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
