She was predeceased by: her father Louis Leonard; her sister Helen Weaver; and her nephew Daryl Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Osborne and Dylan Osborne; and her sisters, Nancy Hemmings (Phil) of Navarre, FL and Charlotte Smith (Glenn) of Kingsport, TN.
