She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Phipps and Ola Honaker Phipps; and her sister Doris Jackson. She is survived by: her son Kevin Gilbert (Amy); her grandchildren, Gwendolyn Fries (Jesse) and Daniel Gilbert; her great grandchild Marnie Fries; and her nieces, Karen Jackson and Jo Honaker.
