She is survived by: her children, Chuck Worley (Lara) and Melissa Worley; her grandchildren, Levi, Chuck Worley, Jr. (Brooke) and Nicole McCoy (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Kayden Worley and Maverick Worley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
