She is survived by: her children, David Y. Hughes, Syrilda H. Heath (Ronald), Michael D. Hughes (Vette), Gloria B. Carter (Tim), Barbara, Degree, Mack Jr., Stanley and Renee; her brother John H. Smith; her siblings-in-law, Callie "Cookie" Smith, Barbara Cox Smith, Barbara Lewis and Allen Knox Hughes; her grandchildren, David, Aja (Brian), Chris, Travis and Ashley (Ray); and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Cassie, Destiny, Will, Tyoni, Madison and Ray. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
