He is survived by: his father Bill McCallister; his stepmother Sharon McCallister of Davenport, FL; his son Carson of Bristol, TN; his sister Bethany Crissman of Akron Ohio; his uncle Jack Yetiv; and his aunts, Linda Smith and Joann Wright.
