With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Carol Rowland of Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Elsea and Gladys Barker Elsea; and her daughter Serri Pester. She is survived by: her husband James Rowland, Jr.; and her sons, Bruce Rowland (Crystal) and Glen Rowland (Kay). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
