She is survived by: her husband Larry Alan Carter of Bristol; her sons, Kim Alan Carter (Vannessa) of Charleston, SC and Randy Eugene Carter of Gary Indiana; and her grandchildren, Tracy Carter Braun (Dan), Matthew Carter and Kathryn Carter.
