He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Coulston and Sylvia Janet Coulston (Cranford). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Coulston (Massengill); his son Jason Coulston of San Diego, CA.; his grandchildren, William, Andrew Ballard of Brighton, TN, Joshua, Samuel Duzan of Knoxville, TN, Kobie, Caleb and Cara Stevens of Casco, ME.; his siblings, Patricia Higley (George, MD) of Collierville, TN, Robert Coulston (Joy) and James Michael Coulston of Covington, TN.; and his extended family, Peggy Shaver, Jimmy Massengill (Flo), Farris Massengill (Alice), Steve Massengill (Kim) and Tina Kellum (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be offered to First Baptist Church Building Fund, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or charity of choice.
