He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Weir Marshall; his parents, James Archie and Julie Pearl Mims Marshall; his siblings, James, Jesse, Ruby, Louise, Gracie and Lotis; his grandchildren, Megan and Kaitlyn Wyatt; and his great grandchild Cannon Murphy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Miller (Wayne), Annette Wyatt (Jim) and Tina Hill (Zane II); his grandchildren, Jason Wyatt, Jamie Wyatt, Amanda Murphy, Macy Wade and Zane Hill III; and his great grandchildren, Payton Steele, Easton Grace Wyatt, Miles Murphy, Hudson Murphy, Aniston Murphy, Molly Kate Wade, Marshall Wade, Madison Wade, Bradley Wade, Addison Hill and Charlotte Hill. He is also survived by the second of eleven children having five brothers and five sisters.
