He was predeceased by: his son Alex Stewart; and his grandson Reid Stewart. He is survived by: his daughter Kelley Justice (Jason) of Brighton; his siblings, Dewayne Stewart (Kathy) of Brighton, Kenny Stewart (Debbie) of Atoka, Paul Stewart (Kelly) of Brighton, Janice Smith (Ray) of Brighton and Carol McKee of Covington; his grandsons, Robert Stewart, Cole Stewart and Dawson Stewart; and his great grandchild Ryan Stewart.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Macedonia United Methodist Church, 11508 Macedonia Rd., Arlington, TN 38002.
