He is survived by: his wife Patricia Banks McCain; his son Kenneth Bryson McCain, Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jonathan Carice McCain (Allison), Joseph Andrew McCain (Heather) and Taylor Delane Gross; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Elise McCain, Andi Claire McCain, Kyle Joseph McCain and Connor Jase McCain; and his stepgreat-grandchild Addison Vujicic.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
