She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur and Daisy B. Hallum Willis; her husband Sammy J. "Jim" Neel; and her siblings, Dorothy Seaton, Virginia "Jenny" Harris, Travis "Trab" Willis and Jaurette WaRay "Pussel" Willis.
She is survived by: her daughter Neva Jo Stafford (Eddie) of Brighton, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Dava J. Leggett (Greg) of Rosemark and Eddie Neel Stafford (Krystal) of Stephenville; her great grandchildren, Savannah Hickman, Harley Stafford, Jody Stafford, Braden Leggett, Neelie Stafford, Emmy Stafford and Sage Stafford; her great great grandchildren, Reagan Hickman and Stella Hickman; and her brothers, Frank Willis (Joanne) of Dyersburg and Jerry Willis (Linda).
