She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Akins (David Sr.) of Burlison, Tennessee.; her siblings, Jessie Earl Tutor of Memphis, Tennessee. and Virginia Owens of Herando; her grandchildren, David Akins Jr., Brian Akins, James Stevens, Craig Stevens and Shelly Stevens; her great grandchildren, Amber Cowan, Olivia Akins, Kristen Graves, Victoria Akins, Gypsy Stevens, Meaghan Stevens, Aaron Stevens, Connor Stevens, Courtney Sharee and Kenneth; and her great great grandchildren, Athena, Zoey Cowan, Lanliee Byrd, Alaina Graves and Lillian Stevens.
