He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy T. Fryer and Irene Malone Fryer; his wife Wilma Fryer; his siblings, Charles, Lanier, Harold, Talmage Fryer and Ruth Lopez; and his great grandchild Joshua Jenson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ann, Sue and Marvis; and his children, Jerry Vandiver (Angie), Darlene Vandiver, Connie Wysocki (Larry), Tammy Elzey and Judy Hamilton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Maley Yarbrough Funeral Home (1701 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Walton Cemetery (658 Oak Grove Rd, Covington, TN 38019).
