He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Whitmore Shaw; and his children, Teresa Rider (Jay), Kevin Shaw of Brighton and Andrea Shaw of Atoka, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his children, Homer Clovis (Bertie Jeffers Shaw) and Jerry; his sister Paula Shaw Brown (Bobby) of Somerville; and his grandchildren, Haley Rider of Memphis, Regan Rider of Brighton, Harper Shaw of Oakland and Jaxon Lee of Atoka. He is also survived by four nieces, and three nephews.
