He is survived by: his wife Catherine Anita Johnson Smith; his children, Teresa Leigh Fiveash (Jerry), Christie Lynn White (Alan) and George Brian Smith (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Blake Fiveash, Jared Fiveash, Aaron Smith, Brianna Smith, John Marbry and Whitney Marbry Mason. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
