It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Kinney of Brighton, Tennessee, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Hempton Kinney; her parents, Clarence Hobert and Cora Handley White; and her siblings, Clarence "Sonny" White and Doris Rose.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Nessly (Richard) of Covington and Judy Layton of Brighton; her siblings, Gary White of Kansas City, MO and Linda Munn of Freeburg, IL; her grandchildren, Amanda "Mandi" Hayes, Kelsey Holt, Spencer Layton and Matthew Nessly; and her great grandchildren, Braden Holt and Wyatt Howard.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials to be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
