He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Salmon; and his children, Sheena Hartsfield (Nathan) of Brighton, TN, Lindsey Collum of Munford, TN, Becca Heathcock of Drummonds, TN and Michael Heathcock of Oakland, TN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five dogs.
