He is survived by: his wife Kerri Rogers; his children, Christina Campbell, Kyle Ketrow, Michael Shoemake and Jacob Shoemake; his mother Wilma Jean Rogers; his sister Tonya Fortunato; his niece Olivia Fortunato; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Kyle, Jacob, Jaxon, Christopher, Levi, Lincoln and Lyla.
