He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Jacobsen and Ruth Ingham Jacobsen; his son Mark Wade Jacobsen; his granddaughter Emily; and his brothers, Gerald, David and Dewayne Jacobsen.
He is survived by: his brother Virgel Jacobsen of Minnesota. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
