He was predeceased by: his mother Henrietta Hayes Moser; and his siblings, Russell Moser and Angie Seibers. He is survived by: his father Von Moser of Briceville, Tennessee; his daughter Amber Duff of Caryville, Tennessee; and his brothers, Darrell Stocks of Briceville, David Stocks of Briceville, Wendell Moser of Rocky Top and Von Lynn Moser of Rocky Top. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
