He is survived by: his wife Delores Proctor of Brentwood, TN; his children, Willie James Proctor, Jr. (Candee) of Salt Lake, Utah, Najah Proctor and Brandyn Proctor (Ishtar) of Waipahu, Hawaii; his siblings, Charles A Proctor III of Los Angeles, California and Annie Rose Hutchinson; his sons, Bubba, Mel, Kippie (Julie) and AJ; and his cousin Christian. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
Willie was a devoted and faithful Christian, a member of Brentwood Baptist Church, was an active deacon, Rockbridge Foundation, SRT and Racial Unity Team.
