It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Robert Lamb of Brentwood, Tennessee, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, L. L. Lamb and Amanda Isabelle Stone Lamb; and his siblings, Charles L. Lamb, Jerry Donald Lamb, Virginia Rickman and Evelyn Powers.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Spaulding Lamb; his children, William C. Lamb (Ruth) and Brenda J. Lamb Murray (Chris); his siblings, Dorothy Bingham (Russell), Marolyn Gibson, Michael S. Lamb, Barbara Stephenson, Sharon Pratt and Linda Jo Lamb; and his grandchildren, Robert Frank Murray, Emily Kathleen Murray (Tyler), William Robert Lamb, II, Madeleine Olivia Lamb, Drew Austin Lamb and Joshua Thomas Lamb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
