He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leeroy Jacques and Gladys Mae Jacques. He is survived by: his wife Amy Jewell; his children, Walter (Brenda) and Wendy Crumbley (Jeff); his grandchild Lee Jacques (Grace); and his son Justin Jacques.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Brentwood-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home (9010 Church St E, Brentwood, TN 37027). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
