It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Swanson Koller of Brentwood, Tennessee, born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Sharon Kay Swanson's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sharon Kay Swanson has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Swanson and Evelyn Swanson (Craigo); her son Craig Koller; and her brother Robert Swanson. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Ristau (Harry) of Brentwood, TN; her grandchildren, Alexander "Alex" Ristau of Hood River, OR and Britta Brooks (Hunter) of Nashville, TN; and her sister-in-law Iris Machus (Swanson) of Kingsford, MI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Ms. Koller.
