He is survived by: his wife Emma Jane Culp Houston; his sons, Rick Houston (Sharon) of Huntsville, AL and Jim Houston (Melinda); and his stepchildren, Lori Tice (William) of Franklin, TN and Ray Culp, Jr. of Franklin, TN. He is also survived by 4 loving grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
