We bid farewell to Roger Wayne Ottersen of Brentwood, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 23, 2024 at the age of 88. Roger Wayne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ottersen and Evelyn Ottersen; his wife Gayleene; his siblings, George Ottersen and Gerry Arndt (Harold); and his sister-in-law Bonnie (Robert Bennage).
He is survived by: his children, Steve Ottersen (Teresa), Elizabeth Kellick (Patrick) and Mark Ottersen (Diane); his grandchildren, Bradley (Stephanie), Mackenzie (Billy), Jake (Katie), Nicholas, Alec and Matthew; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Ottersen and Kevin Lindblom (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Community Church (2500 Dowie Memorial Dr, Zion, IL 60099). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
