He is survived by: his parents, Robert E. Neese (Corinne) and Helen Duvall Neese; his brother Benjamin W. Neese; his uncles, Lonnie P. Duvall (Deborah) and David L. Duvall (Cindy); and his aunt Janet Schaefer.
