He was predeceased by: his former wife Portia R. Macmillan; and his wife Madeline M. Macmillan. He is survived by: his children, Jean Keith, Bruce Macmillan, Doug Macmillan, Chris Jablonske, Robert Macmillan Jr. and Andrew Macmillan. He is also survived by spouses and children.
