He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn J Campbell; his former wife Marsha B Campbell; and his parents, Jake Campbell and Gene Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Mark Campbell and Amy Wallace; his daughter-in-law Molly Campbell; his grandchildren-in-law, Gray, Ella, Kalyan and Mia; his son-in-law Lane Wallace; his grandchild-in-law Troup; his stepson Keith Clay; his stepgrandchild Taylor; his siblings, Betty Gill and Jack; and his sister-in-law Susan Campbell.
