He is survived by: his granddaughter Ashley Schmidt (Josh); his children, Richard Fowlkes Jr. (Kathy), Scott Fowlkes (Sherri), Teresa Durando (Wayne), Dona Apple (Larry) and Mary Stinson (Butch); his sisters-in-law, Libby Kent and Joyce Tucker; his grandchildren, Allyson Heithcock (Joey), Tucker Apple, Sydney Fowlkes and Mandi Watkins (Tony); and his great grandchildren, Tenley, Taylor Schmidt, Rebecca Jean Heithcock, Hunter and Hadleigh Watkins.
