He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bronstein and Elsie Rudderman Bronstein. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gare Bronstein of Brentwood; his daughters, Jennifer Gare Bronstein of Nashville and Kate Bronstein of Brentwood; his sister Harriet Ann Bronstein of Nashville; and his grandson Henry David Page.
