He is survived by: his wife Jayalakshmi; his daughter Rekha Kaushik; his son-in-law Ram Kaushik (Nashville); his son Ravi Srinivasan; his daughter-in-law Mallika Srinivasan (Sacramento); and his grandchildren, Roshni, Chiraag, Vijay, Anusha and Anjali. He is also survived by friends and family.
