She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Maddox. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Parham Maddox of Hopkinsville; her husband John Kerndl of Brentwood, TN; her sons, Ben Roberts (Lindsay) of Paducah and Beau Roberts (Katy) of Hopkinsville; her siblings, Mark Maddox (Taiye) of Hopkinsville and Shaye Maddox Watts (Paul) of Hopkinsville; her stepchildren, Patrick Kerndl of Tennessee and Elizabeth Kerndl of Chicago, IL; her mother-in-law Dorene Kerndl of Franklin, TN; and her grandchildren, Graysen, Miles, Ryleigh, Jada and Adalynn.
