He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wesley Culp, Sr. and Mabelle Charlotte Carlson Culp (Sue). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Robinson Culp; his sister Sandra Milstead (Richard) of Annapolis, MD; and his niece Kate Milstead of Boone, NC..
Mostly homebound for the past four years, during Covid virtual-only church he and Cathy enjoyed watching 3-4 church services each Sunday, including their Dallas church, Prestonwood, and their local church, Brentwood Baptist.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brentwood Baptist Church, St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Habitat for Humanity/Williamson.
