He is survived by: his children, Michael McIntosh (Joy) of Shakopee, MN, Scott McIntosh (Mandy) of Franklin, TN and Heather Demetra (Chris) of Brentwood, TN; his sisters, Donna McIntosh of Largo, FL, Gail Chasse (Jean) of Largo, FL and Janet Olints (Bob) of Winter Haven, FL.; and his grandchildren, Summer, Charlie, Katie, Hannah, Scotlyn, Graysen and Lincoln.
