He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Sherrill Elkins (Josie), Patricia Castle (Tony), Shelby Richards (Tom) and Vickie Highfield (Daryl); his grandchildren, Candi Bainbridge (Warren), David Nickens (Laura), Hal Castle (Tonya), Michael Montgomery, Taylor Montgomery, Kaley Rasnick, Chelsea Oliver (Vincent), Kristie Richards and Yolanda Moneyhun (Kirk); and his brother Arliegh Elkins. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
