He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Freeman and Ethel McLean Frazer; his wife Sara Elizabeth Burgess (Betty); his sons, John Martyn Frazer (Vickie) and Harry Lee Frazer (Lisa); and his grandsons, John Henry Frazer and Peter Martyn Frazer.

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Sara Doll Burgess Scholarship Fund at Queens University of Charlotte, 1900 Selwyn Avenue, Charlotte, N.C. 28274.
