He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rutledge; his sisters, Ann Womack, Gail Cheatham and Carol Dotson; his children, Jason Rutledge (April), Terri Hibbs (Kevin), Stephen Rutledge (Nikki) and William Rutledge (Sarah); his friends, Vicki DeLosh, Leanne Stubblefield, Dean Carr, Lori Locke and Earl Kincaid; and his whole Chick. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
