He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Douglas Jacobs, Sr. and Muriel Lellene Casey Jacobs; and his brother Douglas Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hammer Jacobs of Brentwood, TN; his sons, Brent Jacobs (Katie) of Brentwood, TN and Scott Jacobs of Brentwood, TN; his grandchildren, Emmaline, Joey Kate and Hunt Jacobs of Brentwood, TN; his siblings, Mike Jacobs (Marsha) of McMinnville, TN and Abbe Hale (Bryan) of Brentwood, TN; his sister-in-law Marian Jacobs of Morrison, TN; his nieces, Carla Clay (Eric) of Pelham, TN and Amanda Gibbs (Chris); and his sister-in-law Brenda Martin (Jimmy) of Naples, FL..
