He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Moore (Hightower); his foster parents, Claude Sr. Lee and Louise Lee; and his brothers, Jesse Moore and Claude Lee Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Pat Moore; his son Lee Moore (Amanda); his granddaughters, Emily and Audrey Moore; and his siblings, Ed Moore and Diana Barrett (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
